Apply to Volunteer
Each participant must complete and submit the Dogs Mountain Application. This does not commit or bind applicants to Dogs Mountain Programs; each applicant must be accepted before they are eligible to participate in Dogs Mountain Volunteer Programs. All interested participants aged 18 and older, regardless of background (basic or professional), are eligible to apply. Applicants must submit a curriculum vitae (CV) or resume, along with any other documentation relevant to their placement preferences. Applicants should also demonstrate an interest in the diverse volunteer services offered by the program and the well-being of the project beneficiaries.
Acceptance
Qualified candidates will receive an email containing our Volunteer Waiver Pack, and Handbook Please read these documents carefully before signing them. The signed forms must be returned. It is the responsibility of the Applicant to read the fine print of all documents given to them including the Handbook, Volunteer Waiver Pack, and these Terms and Conditions to understand the Project requirements, what is expected of them and what they can expect from the Project.
Preparation
After acceptance into the Dogs Mountain Volunteer Program, please book your flight to arrive at Clark International Airport (CRK) between 10:00 AM and 2:00 Airport pickup is included in your program fee. Final arrangements, designed to ensure volunteers arrive at similar times for pickup, will be provided before your arrival.
Finalize
Your Arrangements Please send us copies of your valid passport, proof of insurance, rabies and tetanus vaccination and flight confirmation, along with any other requested documents.
Application Review
The Dogs Mountain Team (DMT) reviews applications and supporting documents to assess candidate eligibility, considering both applicant qualifications and project availability. Once the documents are reviewed and a project placement is confirmed, the candidate will be notified of the next steps in the admission process.
Deposit
Upon acceptance as a Dogs Mountain Volunteer, a £200 deposit per person will be required to secure your place. This deposit is deducted from the total program fee and is non-refundable. A 5% international banking fee will be added to the deposit. The deposit is due within 72 hours of acceptance. Payments can be made via bank transfer.
Requirements
Before participating, each volunteer must have valid travel and medical insurance, including rabies and tetanus vaccinations. The program does not provide travel insurance.
Final Payment
Final payment of the remaining program fee is due 15 days before your arrival date.

Arrival and Onward Journey Upon arrival, a Dogs Mountain Team leader will meet you at the airport and transport you to the sanctuary, where your unforgettable experience begins.
