Pre-Orders are available for advanced purchases made on new collection or
limited edition merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future
date. It means that the item is still in production when ordered and not
immediately. They are a way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our e-store.

here before placing Pre-Order These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre- orders (“Pre-order”) with Dogs Mountain Merch Philippines. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Dogs Mountain Merch Philippines Products.
By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

• 1. Pre-Order Reservation
  When placing a Pre-order for Dogs Mountain Merch Philippines products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e- mail to info@dogsmountain.org
• 2. Price & Payment
  You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. We accept all major cards: all payments via PayPal and any other methods.
• 3.We take all reasonable care to make our site secure.
  All debit/credit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, which are your responsibility.
• 4. Combined Orders Dogs Mountain Merch Philippines,
  we suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from in-stock orders, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately if you combined in stock and pre-order item into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.
• 5. Delivery
  The expected shipping for Pre-Order Products will be clearly noted on each product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery and customs. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change. Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate is subject to change. However we do our best to estimate this date as accurately as possible. We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedule.
• 5. Cancellation & Refund
  When you pre-order an item from Dogs Mountain Merch Philippines, it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with manufacturer/ designer Once you placed your pre-order and paid, your item can be put into productions, so non-cancelable and non-refundable. Anything with a later ship date or release date is considered a pre-order. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.
• 6. Pre-Order Availability Once the products have landed andreceived by our team. We informed via contact number, email you have provided. We will immediately have all your orders packed in the next 3 day and schedule it for shipment. We’ll send you an e-mail confirmation containing shipping and tracking information so you’ll know exactly when to expect your pre-ordered items before they are available online. We aim for prompt delivery , but are not responsible for the third party delays such as poor weather and other event beyond our control.
