RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is in the best interest of Dogs Mountain Merchandise Philippines. However, if any for that reason. We’re happy to return or exchange the product you have purchased from us under the following conditions:
- Kindly inform us your intent for return & exchanges within 7 days for
receipt. Please e-mail us at info@dogsmountain.org with your name, reason for returning, and requesting for an exchange, or a refund of your
purchased product. Kindly include also the necessary details pertaining
to the product you purchased. Once we confirmed by our team. Please ship back the item(s)and send proof of shipment or tracking no. within 30 days. - Returning or requesting for an exchange of your product can only be made within 30 days from the moment you received the Merch.
- All product return & exchanges must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unscented, in good conditions and with all the authenticity labels and the security tag intact.
- Please ensure that you return all items with the original branded box inside a protective box or packaging.
- Discounted items or Final sale and cannot be refunds and return or
exchange are permitted. - Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
- The product sent for return or exchange must be accompanied with
corresponding Delivery Receipt (from the courier) as reference and proof of purchase. - We reserve the right to refuse to exchange, return or refund items that have been If return is not in compliance with our return & exchanges policy, the items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

- An item must only be exchanged with another item of the same amount or higher. The price difference shall be for the account of the customer.
- If your return & exchanges meet the qualifications state in our Term & Conditions, we will process the online store credit. Please note; that shipping fee that was charge to you for this order will not be refunded.

Product Defects
We only replace item if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturer
error.(courier damage during shipment is not applicable) If you received defective items must be reported usimmediately(within 48 hours once you
receive your order) with a photo showing the defect in new condition. We will
examine and replace defective items at our expense.
Wrong Order
If you believe the item your received is wrong purchase online store. Please
report us immediately(within 48 hours you receive your order) with a photo showing the wrong items. We will examine and replace items at our expense.
Refunds
Refunds will be made via your original methods payments.
Once your return & exchanges is arrived and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. Please allow us to 5 working days for us to process return & exchanges from the day we received the item.
Once you are approved, then your refund we’ll be processes, to your original method of payments within 1-5 business days.
Please note; You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
