DELIVERY

We offer shipping within and outside Philippines. All orders placed on our online store ship from the Philippines. We shipped by LBC Express and DHL Express.

All orders are process within 2-3 days business days, (excluding weekends and holidays) After receiving your orders confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped

Pre-Order items we processed within 2-3 days arrival in stock, but this pre-orders takes 6-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.
A signature at the delivery of the package is always required. Please note; That postage rates vary based on the weight of the order & location for delivery. Cancellations are not accepted for orders that incur shipping delays.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) shipping fee is non-refundable.

Domestic Delivery

We use LBC Express courier services for our deliveries around Philippines. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Within Metro manila between 24 to 48 hours from despatch day.
  • Outside Metro Manila 3 – 6 days from despatch day.
  • For Visayas and Mindanao 5-10 days from the despatch day, however, during busy season, despatch and delivery times may vary.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with a LBC tracking number-you can use this number to find out when your goods should be arriving. International Delivery

We use two different courier services for our international orders.
DHL express and LBC express to offer the best possible international courier. Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 7-12 days for international customers. Delivery times are estimates only.
When shipped internationally, please note that clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. for international customers are responsible for customs , taxes, and duties Shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout and do not include custom fee and taxes.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

The policy of customs clearance may differ per country, depending on where you live. Customers are responsible for all import fees (custom duties and taxes). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Your order may incur these additional import fees and these fees are determined by each country. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance in order to receive your package. We must declare all items at their full price and we will not modify any prices.

If you refuse your package or the package is returned to sender, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any custom fees or taxes that are incurred. If the package is undeliverable and returned to Dogs Mountain the shipping and return shipping total charges will be deducted from your merchandise payment amount refunded. In the instance that the
price to return the merchandise exceeds the total amount of the merchandise including shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
